WE'RE EVOLVING - WHAT'S NEW FOR OTG4:
OTG began as a way for runners to explore their passion in new surroundings and build new healthy habits that would keep them thriving. But, as we found out, there are a lot of people who are recovering from injuries, a recent race or busy race season who still wanted the OTG experience. Whatever the reason, we think that OTG can do more to accommodate these "recovering" runners while also continuing what we've done so well.
FLEXIBLE PROGRAMMING, ALLOWING FOR MORE CHOICES
There will be scenic and challenging runs through the rugged trails and country roads surrounding Cedar Ridge Camp. These outings will have front & back of the pack leaders who will help runners of all levels find their personal best no matter what speed they choose to run. If you are a runner in recovery and choose to not venture out on a run, you will have an alternative option, be it yoga, meditation, a guided stretch session or other fitness activities.
Those that choose to run will still have yoga, meditation, stretch and fitness session available to them at alternative times.
THE CAMP
We're heading back to the heart of the Madawaska Highlands near Bancroft, Ontario to a traditional summer camp that dates back to the 1950's. The lake, trees, trails and spirit of Cedar Ridge Camp will be a welcome escape for all attendees. OTG4 is sure to be an incredible experience because of the programming provided but also because of the setting it will all take place in.

PROGRAMMING Running, Yoga, Meditation, MetCon Training, Bodywork. All levels welcome from beginner to advanced.
AMENITIES Kitchen, Modern Shower Houses, Dining Area, Great Room with Fireplace
FOOD Nutritious and tasty meals included, prepared & provided on-site. Accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies can be made.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION Located near Bancroft, Ontario about 3 hours east of Toronto. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the campsite.
